Their genuine hospitality, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond made my visit even more special. Whether it was offering great local recommendations or ensuring every aspect of my stay was perfect, they were always there with a smile. The hotel itself remains as charming as ever, with its beautiful design, comfortable rooms, and serene atmosphere, but it’s the incredible staff like Kathy and Lilly that make it unforgettable. Highly recommend staying here—I’ll definitely be back!

Robert welcomed us with a banh mi, gave us tons of information about the sites , shops and restaurants in Hoi An and upon our departure gave us a gift and another banh mi. Exceptional customer service and a delightful hotel. Wished we stayed longer.

The manager, Mrs. Flower, and the staff were so friendly and communicative, making our stay mych enjoyable. The bathroom and toilette were so clean, with stable hot water and good water pressure. Free shampoo and shower gel were also provided. The beds and bed sheets were very clean and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The villa's pool was beautiful and well-maintained, and the cosy courtyard was perfect for relaxation. The breakfast was a standout feature, offering a variety of options. We tried two different dishes, both of which were delicious, generously portioned. The WiFi was high-speed and stable throughout our stay. Overall, this property offers excellent value and comfort. Highly recommended!
