We loved the luxury of the property- it is thoughtfully designed:spacious rooms with a wonderful bathroom and lovely private outdoor shower. The bed was very comfortable with quality linen but and everything was crisp and clean. There location is perfectly placed right on the river. We ate on the restaurant patio as water buffalo crossed behind us. The pool is gorgeous and offers an infinity view to the river. The breakfast offered amazing choices each morning. There staff are lovely and absolutely committed to ensuring you have a wonderful stay with them. We were there over Christmas and appreciated the extra treats and Christmas cheer offered. huge thanks to Nee and all others in the team.

But the staff and customer service is impeccable! I went to each of the recommendations the staff gave me and they were all amazing. The hotel itself is a bit of a walk from the Old Town, but it makes up for it by being peaceful and quiet.

From the moment we arrived, the staff couldn’t have been friendlier – especially Tham, who honestly made us feel like family. Everyone went completely out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. It’s rare to feel this cared for when you’re travelling. The villa itself is in a lovely, peaceful spot right by the river. It’s just far enough from the busy center to feel relaxing but still close enough to pop into town whenever you like. Our room was spotless, the bed super comfortable, and the little touches around the property made it feel extra special. If you’re coming to Hoi An and want somewhere welcoming, calm and with staff who genuinely go above and beyond, I can’t recommend Threeway Riverside Villa enough. We’re already planning to stay here again next time.

Absolutely loved our stay! The hotel is stunning with a lush tropical setting that feels like paradise. Our room was spotless and beautifully maintained with great attention to hygiene. They even decorated our room because it was our honeymoon. The spa, swimming pool, and breakfast were all excellent. A special thanks to Thao and Nyuget — they were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Located along Cua Dai Beach, Palm Garden Resort is set amidst 5 hectares of beautiful landscaped gardens. It features a spa and 45-metre outdoor pool. Resort-style rooms come with a balcony and free WiFi. To be honest, this is the best experience I ever had. The breakfast is the best I had ever, on par with big brands like IHG Intercontinental or Hilton. The location is perfect, you can spend the day between the beach and the pool, the restaurants are wonderful, the beach bar is convenient. The staff is very friendly and helpful. To visit hoi an, stay at palm garden and just use the shuttle bus or use the grab app, don't book a hotel in the city.

The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed with Indochina style.

From the reservation, the owner Flower was super attentive and contacted us via WhatsApp asking if we needed a transfer. Upon arrival, the hotel was even prettier than in the photos, the staff at the reception was super friendly. They have bicycles available to guests, for free, which was a nice surprise. The neighborhood is also nice and close to Old Town. The rooms were clean and comfortable, clean towels and a perfectly equipped bathroom. without a doubt we will return.
