Exceptional Hospitality – Kathy & Lilly Made My Stay! I recently returned to your hotel in Hoi An, and once again, the experience was outstanding. From the moment I arrived, Kathy and Lilly greeted me like an old friend, remembering my name and details from my previous stay—such a warm and personal touch that truly made me feel valued. Their genuine hospitality, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond made my visit even more special. Whether it was offering great local recommendations or ensuring every aspect of my stay was perfect, they were always there with a smile. The hotel itself remains as charming as ever, with its beautiful design, comfortable rooms, and serene atmosphere, but it’s the incredible staff like Kathy and Lilly that make it unforgettable. I recently stayed at Nghe Hotel in Hoi An and had a wonderful experience. The staff at the hotel were great - they were always polite and willing to help with anything we needed. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. One of the things I loved about this hotel was the location. It's situated outside the old town in the river delta, which made for a peaceful and quiet setting. We were able to easily get around by bicycle, which the hotel staff arranged for us. They also arranged airport transfers for us, which made our arrival and departure stress-free. The pool at the hotel was perfect and beautiful - it was a great place to relax and cool off after a day of exploring. Our room was clean and spacious, with all the amenities we needed to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast was full of local food and fruits, everything was delicious. . Overall, I highly recommend Nghe Hotel in Hoi An. The staff, location, facilities, and food were all top-notch, and we had a fantastic stay. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Hoi An.

Hi. our family visited ho-ian eco lodge hotel in jan.1.6-1.9 when we arrived at ho-ian, we felt like we are in korean countryside. we went through city and then we encountered a rural atmosphere. it was warm and peaceful There are two staff at the reception in hotel. they have big smiles and say hello !! it's especially we rememberd miss 'hong' and 'thuy' while staying when we had a question or problem, they did their best! so we could stay comfortable and enjoyable :) another thing was afternoon tea that we never forget. because it was delicious and complimentary! we got used to it and being familiar with hotel accommodation. we hope that we should visit again there as soon as possible

We have really enjoyed our stay at Almanity. We received a very warm welcome upon our arrival, and the check in was smooth and very informative. The hotel staff recommended some restaurants and a tailor, all of which were excellent choices. There is on-site play room for children, the location s very good (walking distance from the city), and a number of on-site activities which we didn't have time to use (we hope to come back again!). The breakfast was the best we had in Vietnam! We also got a great takeaway breakfast on our departure day at 4:30 am.

A want welcome with fresh juice and wet towels. Very good location just 10 min taxi from Hoi An Ancient Town. Big pool area, spacious rooms, nice beach. Very good breakfast. Very friendly straff - Mr Thi (the coconut man) who came with fresh coconuts to us from the palms, and Mr Wu at the pool, and the housekeeping ladies who came every night with chocolate or biscuits and new fresh towels

The hard working, always friendly and helpful staff, the beautiful tropical gardens and outdoor ambiance. Peacefulness, generous size of rooms, the jacuzzi bath in our suite which over looked the crystal clear large salt chlorinated pool -no need for googles in this pool. The daily free shuttle vehicle into the Old town and Cua Dai beach. Free bicycles for guests. The proximity to local restaurants, dentists, mini marts and the beach. The high quality of the meals we enjoyed , both for the daily breakfasts and evening meals can’t be praised enough.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. Big bathrooms with good amenities. The pools were fantastic - great for families. Breakfast was amazing. Such a huge variety and all delicious. Facilities were new, clean and pristine. Good distance from Hoi An.
