The staff was very kind and helpful all the time. We were able to check in early and they also arranged a transport from the bus station. We had an excelent dinner there which was the best meal we had in Vietnam.

The staff is extremely friendly and super helpful, they also allowed us to check-in already at 8:00 in the morning since we arrived early after a night in the train. We can also recommend the tours to the national park and the caves (Paradise Cave is just stunning!) they offer.

Thien Thanh Hotel offers a hot tub. Bike hire and car hire are available at the accommodation and the area is popular for hiking and cycling. I am a solo cyclist. I initially plan to stay for one night but ended up with three. The owner couples run the place themselves. They were courteous and helpful. They gave me a discount and recommended different places to go and eat. On the last day, they packed me a couple of banh mi, and bananas. Highly recommended!!
