Herbal Resort & Spa offers 4-star accommodation with a hot tub. It was like walking around in Heaven…very picturess…everything beautifully green…beautiful flowers. The grounds are kept so clean. The swimming pools were warm and inviting. Our bungalows were so adorable and clean. The staff were on top of it all, very helpful and very kind. We even pampered ourselves to enjoy a massage, also very incredible the young ladies hands were incredible they were like magnets to the parts of my body that needed a stress relief from the tight tension. The morning buffet was enjoyable light and just enough to kick off your day with a nutritional breakfast to start off your day. There is laundry service and our clothes came back with a fresh scent and very nicely folded…we did not find a thing not to enjoy at this beautiful resort. This is definitely a must stay if you find yourself needing a place to stay in Phu Quoc, Vietnam…stop in and enjoy this wonderful resort just as much as we did…you will not be disappointed!!!

Summer (the owner) is really friendly and she tells you everything about things that you can discover in the nearby area. If you want some delicious traditional Vietnamese food you can ask her and her mother to cook a meal for you.

Loved everything about this resort and wished We stayed longer, from the moment We arrived up to departure staff were super friendly, welcome and charming and always willing to help with a smile and their greeting “ Xin Chao” The Villa’s are impeccable and very well designed with beautiful surrounding views. The food options were excellent Kids club , cycling , kayaking and lots of activities for eveyrone

All units include a private bathroom, free toiletries and bed linen. This has been one of my most pleasant travel experiences ever. Tuan, his family and employees are warm, fun and welcoming. The home stay is like a little oasis, with a well maintained pool and absolutely delicious food. It was great eating dinner communally and trying so many amazing local dishes and ingredients. A highlight of my entire trip in Vietnam was going to the land market with Tuan (after visiting the floating markets) and picking out food for dinner. I highly recommend doing this, as well as borrowing the bikes and exploring the streets and rivers of this pocket of the delta. The locals are absolutely lovely, as is the nature around. If you like to be kept very busy, then two nights is perfect - you can do both tours, and take yourself around on the bikes. If you are happy with a little time to relax like I am, then more nights is good! I stayed two but I wish I had stayed three or four to decompress. There are hammocks, the pool, and you can do relaxed little bike rides. I highly highly recommend! And a huge thank you to Tuan and his family, I will forever be grateful to you for letting me into your home.

We visited the hotel for the second time, and it remains an architectural masterpiece, refined in every detail. It ranks among my top five hotels in the world. The hotel is located at the end of a beautiful white sand beach. Until last year, the beach was private, with access restricted to only hotel guests. This year, however, even non-guests are allowed to visit, but it hasn’t felt intrusive. The breakfast is the best, offering a splendid selection of European and Asian hot and cold dishes, fresh fruits, and drinks—served in a sumptuous style.
