The resort is huge and spotless clean and beautifully designed wherever you look. The restaurant, although higher priced than most restaurants in Sapa, is amazing. Both the Western and Asian menu is amazing!!! We found ourselves eating here (or ordering to our room) every night! When the weather is clear, the view surrounding the resort is breathtaking! We took two connecting rooms for our family (two adults and two teenagers) and they were beautiful with great space, beautiful touch and design, and again, spotlessly clean. Location was a bit far to walk to city centre, but the shuttle every hour was amazing. You can also take a grab for less than $1.50 if needed. To top off this great review, THE STAFF! The staff at reception always welcoming and helpful with arranging taxis to attractions and any questions or requests we had. Plenty of staff all around the resort, always greeting you with a smile. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, with a lovely balcony and view. Good breakfast. David at the front desk was exceptional with suggestions and helping us to organise trips. Even though we had checked out we were able to leave our luggage and have a shower before going to catch the night train back to Hanoi.
