What I liked: Everything was so clean and tidy, spacious room with big bed (they even offer me an upgrade room for free) hot shower never becoming cold (modern shower too) nice view for breakfast, jaccuzi and sauna and the staff was helpful when needed. There is not much to dislike but there is always room for improvement. Here is the only things I disliked.(and they are minor things): the music is repetitive (always the same 15 song playing in loop for 5 days, I knew the playlist perfectly). The piano in the lobby can be a nice touch for the style but a lot of kids are tempting to play on it and it can be heard for long time. The massage space is near to the piano and it was a bit hard to relax when kids were playing 😂. Last thing, it would be fun to have a bit more variety on the breakfast menu. Other than that, I would recommand this place for sure and I will come back next year ❤️

Reception is very helpful and friendly, nice lady Mao helped us to book walking tour to three villages, also she will offer you bikes for rend and tickets . Comfortable memory foam mattress, great Mountain View , breakfast, good restaurant -all you need to stay in Sapa. Recommend

The property features mountain and garden views, and is 8.6 km from Fansipan Legend Cable Car Station. The aparthotel has parking on-site, a hot tub and a 24-hour front desk. The location is excellent, and the service is also great. They also offer scooter rentals, so that's a plus if you're willing to travel around the area. Rooms were clean and spacious, with fully equipped bathrooms.

The property was beautiful and brand new! Pool was amazing and staff is super nice. There was a language barrier as the staff didn’t know much English, but they all are willing to use google translate. The pool and breakfast was amazing! Also it is next to the fanispan cable carts which was convenient to go to on the nicest day of our stay.

We chose to stay on the outskirt of Sapa and were rewarded with stunning views of the rice fields and the most relaxing stay. The staff is super friendly and even though you don‘t find other restaurants or supermarkets unless you walk up the steep road, we could still always count on having a good dinner in the restaurant of Chapa Ecolodge. Also, the trek through Sapa‘s ricefields basically starts in your street, so you can skip the guides, download a good trekking app and walk the path at you own pace.

The location is perfect — peaceful, close to the market, and surrounded by beautiful mountain views. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The owners were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. Breakfast was delicious, and the atmosphere felt very homely. It’s a great place to relax after exploring the town and the surrounding villages. Overall, I truly enjoyed my time here and would happily stay again. Highly recommended!

Sapana Mountain Retreat features mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking, set in Sa Pa, 7.3 km from Fansipan Legend Cable Car Station. There is a private entrance at the homestay for the convenience of those who stay. Guests can use the hot tub and the spa facilities, or enjoy garden views. It was nestled in the mountains with hiking trails leading right from the property into the Valley. Once the skies cleared up the views were incredible and we enjoyed all the staff as well as all 5 cats that reside at Sapana!
