This was my Vietnam splurge. Worth it. Very nice hotel in a picturesque setting. Staff were on point - friendly, helpful, polite. Had a massage - also a bit pricey by Vietnam standards - also worth it. The spa was really nice.

Very nice new hotel. Location is great, not in the middle of the noisy action, but close enough to be at the Main Square in 5 minutes by foot. Stores, restaurants and massage in the immediate vicinity. Room was spacious and clean. There is also a sauna and whirlpool in the spa area in the basement. You can have breakfast on the terrace with a great view. The entire staff is super friendly and helpfull. A special thanks goes to Mr. Smith Tuan, who helped us a lot with our departure after a long day of hiking.

The hotel is located at the bottom of the city, so the views are unabstructed. There is a beautiful petting farm across the street you can see the animals from your balcony along with the amazing views of the rice fields. The staff were absolitely wonderful, so kind and helpful.

This was such an amazing property to stay at, very much unexpected… Room was super quaint, hosts were very friendly, breakfast was lovely, we even had a wooden soaker bathtub in our room that was so appreciated after day of hiking !!Would’ve stayed longer if we could’ve!

View and location - the view was as per the pictures. The location, while some may not like it as it's 10 mins drive from town, i love the fact it's away from the city. Cost per trip to the city is VND100k, and it is easy to get a cab back. Meals - Each meal is prepared with care and adorned with their local flora. Loved that their vegetables is farm to table. Whether it's BBQ or steamboat, they feed us well. Shower - Good water pressure and there's even a heater in the bathroom. Hospitality of every single employee - They were great hosts making sure each and everyone of us gets comfortable. Focus on environmental sustainability - use of eco products for their sheets and towels.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Bac Ha. The location is perfect — peaceful, close to the market, and surrounded by beautiful mountain views. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The owners were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. Breakfast was delicious, and the atmosphere felt very homely. It’s a great place to relax after exploring the town and the surrounding villages. Overall, I truly enjoyed my time here and would happily stay again. Highly recommended!
