In certain unique spaces like the swimming pool with big statues and ethereal music or the bridge outside on the tenth floor under heavy fog, you get a sense of the awe-inspiring architecture and creativity that went into putting all that together. The room had the classical and modern elements required to cater for a comfortable experience. The breakfast buffet was rich and abundant that can appeal to all kinds of taste and preferences. Sauna and hot steam bath was great after a cold day walking around Sapa. Staff was friendly, especially the front desk who also arranged a transfer vehicle for us back to Hanoi. Special thanks to Tina who went above and beyond to help us resolve an issue we had with the driver and ensured we reached our destination without any further hassle.
