Gorgeous building in a great location. It is in the same building as a train station to a Fansipan cable car. Excellent breakfasts. The build quality is very good with a lot of intricate details and decorations. Rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds. The staff are brilliant. I feel they are genuinely relaxed, professional and willing to help.

What I liked: Everything was so clean and tidy, spacious room with big bed (they even offer me an upgrade room for free) hot shower never becoming cold (modern shower too) nice view for breakfast, jaccuzi and sauna and the staff was helpful when needed. There is not much to dislike but there is always room for improvement. Here is the only things I disliked.(and they are minor things): the music is repetitive (always the same 15 song playing in loop for 5 days, I knew the playlist perfectly). The piano in the lobby can be a nice touch for the style but a lot of kids are tempting to play on it and it can be heard for long time. The massage space is near to the piano and it was a bit hard to relax when kids were playing 😂. Last thing, it would be fun to have a bit more variety on the breakfast menu. Other than that, I would recommand this place for sure and I will come back next year ❤️

The staff was super friendly and helpful - they organized a scooter, bus tickets, tickets for the cable car, and a driver for us. On our last day we could keep the room until we were picked up, and we got a small goodbye present. The view from our room was amazing.
