All units include a wardrobe. My family had a great and memorable stay at Hotel du Lac. It was our first time in Hanoi, and the location of the hotel in the Old Quarter is just perfect. Most shops, restaurants, bars, cafes, parks, churches, and all other attractions were within walking distance (or a 2-minute Grab / taxi ride away). Our rooms were very clean and comfortable, and we even had spacious balconies for enjoying views of the Hanoi sunset. The sky bar was perfect for pre-dinner cocktails and offered panoramic views of the city. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection and provided us with sufficient energy to explore the city in the daytime. We'd like to extend our special thanks to Chloe, Will, Emma, Harry (the barman), and all the staff who received us with such warm hospitality and kindness. Will even shared plenty of insider advice on where to go and what to do. The property is lovely, the location is convenient, but really it was the people who work at the hotel that made our Hanoi holiday very special and memorable.

The units feature a wardrobe. We have a very enjoyable 3N-stay with 2 rooms in Meritel. It's very near to the famous Train street and shopping district. There is a small convenient store just a few steps out to the right of the hotel. Special thanks to Mike and Judy who made us feel like home from the minute we arrived till we left. Especially Mike, he went all miles to make sure we were well n being taken care of. The breakfast is good and well spread with Western and Viet dishes. It has a cooking station for eggs and pho too. Food serving in the restaurant menu and rooftop bar are delicious and presentable. The serving staff are warm and detailed in every little need we asked for. Thank you very much, guys!

Everything about this hotel is AMAZING 🤩 - complete and clean amenities, central location (helpful for klook trips) and 1 min walk to Michelin Star Pho 10, and just essentially a short walk to anything and everything in Hanoi, but most specially I like how the staff really treats us very well with (1) personalized handwritten letters and messages, (2) extra care to our needs (van to and from hotel to airport), (3) map of Hanoi, highlight of important spots and (4) laundry of our clothes. Xenia and the rest of the Hanoi team (emma, tiger and phuc) really are the best team in welcoming us and ensuring that our stay was as smooth as possible. If I had the chance, I would have also booked our Ha Long Bay trip and Ninh Binh trip with them too 🥺🥹🫶

The units feature a wardrobe. Rooms are very neat and clean. Hung at the entrance was welcoming and helpful, and the staff throughout were attentive and kind. I loved the facial, and the Signature Soleil massage (down at SPA) it was amazing. I enjoyed my stay so much that I booked and returned twice.

The staff firstly are incredibly helpful and polite. They'll go out of their way to help you and they continually check in on your stay at breakfast each day. The driver who was meant to take us to the airport didn't arrive so the hotel staff called him, arranged everything & ensured our luggage was moved down the road as the road outside the hotel was closed. The staff were absolutely brilliant. The room is lovely, breakfast had delicious food and the hotel is in a great location.
