The room was very spatious and clean with a big window and view above Hanoi, the bathroom equipped with a modern shower. The room was easily accessible with the elevator. I had no breakfast included (guess this is not offered in the hotel) but right next to the hotel there are plenty of coffee places in the street and one highly recommendable one (Jade24!). Best of my stay. VERY friendly and supportive staff, hard to find such a level of hositality anywhere else...
