Peter, in particular, went above and beyond to assist us in navigating the complexities of organising our day trips, making our experience seamless and enjoyable. The entire hotel staff was exceptionally polite and professional, ensuring we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. Our room was fantastic—elegantly designed, spacious, and with a classy feel that added to the overall comfort. The hotel’s location is another major plus. It’s situated in a great spot in the city, close to many must-visit places, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. Overall, a superb experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

The whole staff were warm & hospitable. Full marks to them. They gave us an early check-in when we arrived early morning from Sapa. Qwen & Alex were superb. Allowed to leave our luggages when we departed off few days. Qwen helped us to connect with a local guide & arranged taxi back to airport at a much reasonable cost. Tai (18yr old) boy helped us greatly to bring up/down our luggages. The location was superb. I loved the street we were at. One of the best bun chas just few doors away, not forgetting pho shop down the road.. the cafe opposite served yummy hot chocolate & banana cakes. And we loved the banh mi station across us also.

I received several upgrades and service courtesies including early check-in -- as generous as they were gracious and unexpected. Ms Pucca Nguyen epitomises and personifies why this property is one of Hanoi's finest hospitality properties in the Hoan Kiem Lake area. Their rooftop bar, Terraco, is chock full of ambience for evening tapas and drinks whilst the breakfast is equally satisfying.
