Massage- super nice. got 3 full body massage during my stay. I ended up extending my stay and they gave me a room upgrade. Restaurant - aside from the normal buffet breakfast, they also serve Ala cart during breakfast for free. In room dining is excellent. The pan seared Salmon with Passion fruit is my favorite paired with the lava cake. I ordered it 3x during my stay. Definitely coming back to Hanoi and rebooking this hotel.

The accommodation offers a hot tub. Everything about our stay at Anatole was fantastic. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel valued and special. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. Frankie and the rest of the team were fantastic and couldn't do enough to help us. We were seriously impressed by their friendliness and attentiveness. On the occasion we had an issue in our bathroom, the staff member I spoke to on the front desk called in someone to help who arrived at our room and fixed the issue within 5 minutes which I thought was very impressive. Additionally, the team surprised me with a lovely birthday cake and decorated plate for when I arrived which was a lovely touch. They also gave me a gift when I was leaving to mark my birthday which was so kind. The sky bar and pool is beautiful and a great way to view the city. The staff here are also exceptional and can't do enough to help. The rooms themselves are very clean and comfortable. The laundry service was also very professional and prompt. The breakfast is varied and delicious. Could not fault our stay at all, I would highly recommend staying here if you visit Hanoi. It's right in amongst the Old Town and walking distance to lots of great attractions and restaurants. If I come back to Hanoi I will definitely stay here again!
