Overall, we are very satisfied with our 3 days / 2 nights cruise. All areas of the ship, including the speedboat taking you to and from it, is in spotless condition. Everything is well maintained and kept to a high standard. All members of the staff are exceptionally nice and always greet you with a smile so that you feel very welcome. Everything from the Hanoi-transfer and check-in process to excursions and activities are well organized and clearly communicated. Lunch and dinner was served as four course meals and of good standard. Not a culinary sensation, but it tasted good and was what you could expect. The breakfast was served as a buffet (and the opportunity to have eggs etc. prepared by the chef) and had the same standard. Worth mentioning is that all the food was fresh and properly cooked. To sum it up, we highly recommend this cruise and would love to be back!

At the aparthotel, every unit has bed linen and towels. I liked everything, the staff was very nice and helpful, the room was quiet and the location was pretty near to everything in the tourist area.. also the eggs for breakfast were amazing!
