The cruise has arranged village tour on 2nd day of stay and it was great too. Tour guide Jay was wonderful and hard working person. We will definitely be back and recommend Velar to our family and friends. This is what you call hospitality as Vietnamese people are awesome.

At the aparthotel, every unit has bed linen and towels. Lovely older house in Halong with a font yard social area to meet. Couple running place very nice and helpful. I had single room and quite large and clean. All facilities fine Great value to get out of the dorms for awhile.
