Our first room had faced the beach and a partially constructed building, which wasn't a great view. However, upon request, the staff had shifted us to another room the following night once it was available. They also sent us some fruits to make up for the view. Also, on the first night, our toddler wasn't feeling well and had vomited in his cot. The staff came quickly and helped us to replace the sheets and mattress, which helped us greatly as we were too tied up with making sure our toddler didn't vomit again.

They were both very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Although one of our rooms wasn’t ready at first, the team quickly resolved the situation by offering us a coupon to use in the hotel restaurant, which we really appreciated. The food there was delicious and turned this small inconvenience into a positive experience. Overall, we had a pleasant and memorable stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

The location is really nice and yen was really helpful and the security guy name tuyen was really good. And the staff name Nha was really help. easy check in clean rooms.

We booked 2 rooms - a regular room and a deluxe room. Both were really nice, very clean and comfortable, had a balcony and a nice view. The bathrooms were really nice. The deluxe room was amazing and well worth the extra cost. Really spacious with a full kitchen and sitting area. The breakfast was good and the staff were super nice and helpful.

The staff is incredibly friendly, especially Lucie. Nothing is too much for her — she's always willing to help and arrange anything you might need. In the morning during breakfast, Lucie came by for a chat. She asked how we were doing and if there was anything she could do to make our stay even more enjoyable. We really appreciated this personal attention. Initially, the booking didn’t go well. Booking.com hadn’t mentioned that the room had no view, nor that painters would be working on the balcony every morning from 6:30 a.m. We declined this room and explained that we had expected one with a view. The ladies at the front desk handled the situation very professionally and to our complete satisfaction — we even received a complimentary upgrade. Truly an amazing room! Despite this small hiccup, still a 10 out of 10!
