The hotel staff was nice, and they were friendly throughout our stay there Huyen helped us with the airport shuttle reservation, and provided tips for spending the days in Da Nang, and nearby attractions. So far the best dormitory I have ever experience in Vietnam. The staff are all accomodating. I love how the towel change everyday. Special mentioned to Tuy En Bu. Hes really kind and helpful to me.
