Guests of the Margaritaville Island Inn can enjoy the indoor hot tub or the fitness centre. Everything was so clean and comfortable it was a wonderful experience with activities for everyone all around for young and old. We loved it.

Step out onto the balcony at this home away from home. The dining area comes complete with a microwave and a refrigerator while the private bathroom features a shower, bath, or spa bath. Cosy rooms include a TV and a fireplace. The room was huge. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was fabulous - this hotel is part of the island entertainment and shopping area. Our riverview room was quiet with a restful balcony over the river. Relaxing is actively encouraged, including around the fireplace in the lobby.

Every room offers a spacious seating area, coffee maker, and other amenities. A HOT Breakfast is offered daily in the breakfast room located on the 2nd floor. Staff was excellent, the facility was clean and smells like apples all the time, what's not to like! There is an indoor pool which makes it great especially if there are children in your party. Give them a try! I left something in the closet and they were very helpful with me to get it back.

Breakfast was good and plenty of. The room had kitchen, super comfortable beds and it was clean. The staff was very friendly

There on-site pool and hot tub are open 24-hours. Guests can make use of the barbecue facilities. We loved the location because it was within walking distance of all the spots we wanted to visit, so we didn’t have to worry about driving or dealing with parking. We specifically visited The Island, Three Bears General Store, Sawyer’s Farmhouse Restaurant, and watched the Pirates Voyage show. All of which were just a short walk from the hotel. The Titanic Museum and Dollywood are also only a short drive away, making the location incredibly convenient. The hotel itself is very clean and well maintained. The staff were lovely, friendly, and extremely accommodating. We especially enjoyed the beautiful heated pool, which was perfect at night, as well as the bar tent with a cozy fireplace where you can relax and unwind. The mountain views were absolutely stunning and added to the overall experience. When we put up the “Do Not Disturb” sign because we were checking out the next day and didn’t need the room cleaned, they still took the extra step of calling us to make sure we didn’t need anything. That level of thoughtfulness and attention to detail really stood out and made us feel well cared for. Our stay was truly wonderful. The working elevator was a huge plus, especially when traveling with a lot of luggage. As a special and unexpected touch, they even surprised me with a birthday cake, which was incredibly thoughtful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Pigeon Forge. It was a lovely experience from start to finish.

Quality Inn Near the Island Pigeon Forge offers two hot tubs, and a children's pool, Free property-wide Wi-Fi, a 24-hour reception, and an on-site launderette are also offered. The hot tub and 24 hr pool was really nice and clean. The whole facility was well kept. 24 hr laundry and gym were on site. The room was comfortable and clean. We can't wait to return!
