Very nice stay with a great bath and comfortable bed.

We had the best time here, we loved every minute of it. Everything was very clean and we felt at home immediately. Diana is such an amazing host and her cooking is the best. It is close to Niagara Falls but is located in a quiet neighborhood. Probably one of the best places we've ever stayed at. If you plan on visiting Niagara Falls, do your self a favor and book a room at Serenity Inn!

All was perfect with our stay. We checked in early and our room was Ready we had dinner downstairs and it was delicious We also had a buffet breakfast before our meeting. Staff were very very pleasant.

Absolutely Stunning Hotel – Highly Recommended! We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful and luxurious hotel. Honestly, I can’t imagine what anyone could dislike here — everything was simply perfect! Our Room & View We stayed in room 2604 on the 26th floor, and the view alone took our breath away. We truly felt like royalty! The room was spacious, elegant, and offered a spectacular direct view of the Canadian side of Niagara Falls. Even when it was lightly raining, the scenery was magical. Every night we watched the fireworks over the Falls right from our window — an unforgettable experience. Booking & Value We booked two months in advance, so the price was very reasonable. We also booked two rooms: one overlooking the Canadian side and the other facing the opposite direction. Both views were absolutely gorgeous thanks to the huge floor-to-ceiling windows. The opposite-side room had a stunning sunrise view over the city. Hotel Lobby & Casino The hotel lobby is absolutely beautiful — spacious, elegant, and very impressive. There is also a casino inside. We didn’t gamble, so I can’t comment on that, but the atmosphere downstairs was refined and lively. Accessibility We were traveling with my father, who is disabled, and everything was perfectly accessible — both in the hotel and in the surrounding areas near the Niagara Falls park. It made our stay very comfortable and stress-free. Location The walk to the Falls takes about 10–15 minutes at a relaxed pace, which was ideal for our family. We stayed for two nights and managed to see everything we planned. Final Thoughts We are extremely grateful to the entire hotel team for making our stay so special. I can confidently say I 100% recommend this hotel. It truly exceeded all our expectations

Overall, the hotel is great- perfect location! My room did not have much of a view but I knew that going in as I was trying to maintain a given rate covered by my employer. The beds were divine. Free parking is nice- many hotels seem to gouge you for $50+ parking.

Excellent location, with a short walk to Clifton Hill, restaurants and the falls. Very clean hotel and very comfortable rooms. Rooms were a great size with plenty of space for storing luggage.

We loved the river view room that we got. The location was really awesome. It's still a long walk to the Falls but the River itself was really beautiful. First morning, we woke up early to see that we had a view of the sunrise. We immediately went out for a walk (at 6:20am). It was stunning by the river, with the fog and the golden glow of the rising sun, plus the sound of the water. It was beautiful. I mentioned that it was still a long walk to the Falls but you can walk and it's a very nice walk along the river with benches to rest on. We love the free warm cookies given out at the reception. The elder Receptionist was the best. Very pleasant, helpful and easy to talk too. No free breakfast but the resto served reasonably priced food in large servings. Overall, we had a great experience in this hotel.

The location is amazing, the staff too. We have a very comfortable room with all amenities we need.
