She gave us recommendations for dinner and provided a wonderful book of information about the house as well as an extensive list ofhikes in the area. At breakfast we had a good visit and got to meet the family dog. Our room was quiet and comfortable

I was at the golf course at the time and told them I would come by the hotel after my game and pick them up. The woman (and I've forgot her name) said she was getting off work and could bring them by the and leave them with the golf shop. I thought that was truly an example of going above and beyond for the customer. I could never have expected such service anywhere else. In fact, most other hotels those air buds would have been gone. Thank you and I can't wait to stay in your hotel again.

It was quite early in the morning and when I needed to get change made from a $20 bill, he was very friendly and personable. Later in the morning when I was checking out, he was just leaving as he was then off duty, but he still took the time to greet me.
