Superb value especially with breakfast and kickback including three alcoholic drinks per adult Front desk Staff were super helpful. Parking 34$ +tax with in and out privileges for 24hrs. Pool on 6th floor was small but perfect and it wasn't too busy for our Monday night stay. There was even a hot tub. Towels provided near the pool. Gym was great and served its purpose.

We could not fault this property in any way. The location was perfect, it was immaculately clean, extremely spacious, beds were so comfortable, it was so good to have a large comfortable lounge to sit on and chill out.

Guests have access to a hot tub, spa facilities and can also attend fitness classes. We had an amazing stay at the Canal Street Inn. The hosts are so friendly, welcoming and helpful. They are also well informed on the goings-on in the city. The property is beautiful and lovingly decorated. Our room was huge, with a private bathroom, minifridge and coffee maker. The bed was very comfortable - I have back problems and yet I slept very well. The breakfast is just perfect, different dishes every morning -and all of them delicious. The street car, which stops in front of the Inn, will take you straight to the French Quarter. We highly recommend this beautiful Inn. We would love to go back!

Great location, quiet, very comfortable bed and lovely breakfast provided by Daphne. I believe there are 5 rooms in total so it's not a hotel, more like a relaxed bed and breakfast. We had access to the jacuzzi and sauna on the top floor and that was a great bonus. If you'd like to avoid the chaos of the French Quarter but still be in walking distance this is perfect.
