Location is great, walkable to the beach and center of waikiki. Also close to a mall with many shops and restaurants. My room was big and with a nice view of the marina/pool. The staff was very nice and welcoming. I tried the breakfast buffet which was delicious with healthy options.

There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. Everything is perfect. Kelly is the kindest person that we have met! She really cares of everyone! If you want to be happy, come to her house! The breakfast is amazing and completely done herself. Amazing!

Great spot for a couple to relax and enjoy genuine peace, no passing traffic, no noticeable neighbours and no tv. Pool and outside spa were great and the viewing spot near the oceans edge was a delightful surprise.

This place is amazing! We were there for 3 days and it definitely wasn’t long enough. The clothing optional black sand beach is incredible. Matt went above and beyond by finding two people to do a couples massage for us! The hot tub was the perfect way to relax every evening but the outdoor shower was my favorite place. Do something good for yourself and go stay here a couple days! 💜

Ocean View Paradise is a calm oasis and a great home base to some of the greatest beaches in this world and volcano national Park. There are also supermarkets, restaurants and food trucks close by as well as coffee plantations for your morning coffee. We will come back if we can!

The room with private bathroom was not only spotlessly clean, but exactly as described – maybe even better. You could tell right away that Michelle puts her heart into hosting: warm, attentive, and always with a smile. She had fantastic tips for excursions and restaurants that made my time on Big Island even more special. I felt completely comfortable and welcome, almost like staying with a good friend. We didn’t have much time to get to know the owners since they were out of town for most of our stay, but the few interactions we had were warm and friendly. The location is perfect. The property is in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood just 10–15 minutes from downtown Hilo. At first, we were unsure about not being right in the city center, but honestly, you wouldn’t want to be once you see this place. It offers the best of both worlds: tranquility and easy access to town.
