Zenith Steakhouse offers very good USDA Prime steaks at modest prices. For $70 Zenith offers a 16 ounce ribeye that was carefully charbroiled (not infrared cooked), delivering the characteristic rich sweetness of top-quality American beef. I’ve eaten at many renowned steakhouses around the US (Niku, Peter Luger, CUT), and Zenith’s beef is better, at a 30% lower price.
