The breakfast was nice and in abundance. The location is great. Just walk 3 min to ski lift and enjoy skiing. The outdoor pool is amaizing.

It is a cozy place away from the main road deep in the serene forest area. I’d say it is a perfect summer mountain holiday location, as you get vicinity to forest, plenty of fresh air and cozy atmosphere in the hotel. Staff are very friendly. Great appreciation for good mood especially in such uneasy times for Ukraine. We were there for winter holidays, facilities at the hotel are good, the spa clean, newly built I guess, bath, and etc. For skiing one would need a car, as first ski lift is 3 km away. For non skiers it is fine to walk to village center, but if you ski, you’d need to drive.

Set in Bukovel, HVOYA offers ski-to-door access to the Bukovel 7D ski lift and a 24-hour front desk. Free parking and Wi-Fi are available on site. The breakfast selection was great. The service and staff were absolutely fantastic. The hotel was spotless. The rooms were great. The pools, spas were maintained exceptionally well. The hotel is situated perfectly within the city. A very family friendly hotel and atmosphere!

Pictures do correspond with the reality. The room that we stayed in was even bigger than expected. The staff is very well trained, and it was nice to hear that some of them even know Romanian. The spa was included in the price, and we enjoyed it the most. Compared to other hotels, it’s awesome that their spa includes not just a sauna, but also a hammam, salt room, red light room and some other type of steam room very nicely decorated. Breakfast was very diverse, we stayed for 2 nights, and each morning the menu was different. Overall, extremely great value for the price!

We liked everything about the hotel. The breakfast was excellent and had a wide variety of options. The warm swimming pool was nice, especially for kids. Particularly impressive was the salt room.
