When I left they gave me a gift which was incredibly sweet of tgem. The room and bathroom are very nice and clean. There is a water station as well which is convenient. I like the location just outside of downtown Hengchun. It is a quick 5 minute drive to downtown.

Alison provided excellent, attentive service, which enhanced the entire experience. Furthermore, the accommodation was modern, very clean, and highly comfortable. It is an ideal base for exploring Taiwan's southern coast and an overall great value. Highly recommended.

Villas with spa baths feature unique décor and private terraces. We liked the friendly staff, the atmosphere and the facilities. Location was perfect: just in front of the bus stop and a reachable walk to the night market. We loved the fact that there were washing machines on every floor with dryers to do your laundry. We liked the discount for the buffet dinner and the delicious food made there. Our daughter loved the room service with the robot and she enjoyed the kid’s activities.

Initially, I was quite surprised when I arrived at the hotel and found it closed. I did not have a Taiwanese SIM card, so I could not call the hotel. I went to the nearest shop, and a kind lady called the owner for me. That’s when I found out that the owner has two hotels close to each other, and during the low season, only one is operational. The owner came to pick me up. He was very nice, and instead of a dormitory room, I got a private room for the same price. So, if you arrive at the closed hotel, don’t be scared—you’ll definitely have a room in his other hotel. :) Everything was clean, and the staff were very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

All our Rooms are spacious and equipped with air conditioning, TV, safe deposit box，tea /coffee brewing equipment, bathtub and with an exclusive balcony. We came with two children who loved the bunkers and swing in our room. The night entertainment was fa for them and they enjoyed feeding the fish and visiting the cacao farm across the road. Pizza in the cafe by the beach was good and snorkeling only 5 mins walk away. The pool with the slides was great fun and helpful to have the inside pool for the smaller one. Breakfast had a wide choice and the shop was not expensive.
