The action of rejected customers asking for help with unprofessional English while just playing with her mobile phone was unacceptable (April 4, 2025, during the 3pm to 5pm session). Furthermore, as I asked about massage service in 1F front desk, the staff told me there is no massage service in the hotel, so I need to walk into the SPA Center in 12F and booked by myself.
