Everything was outstanding during our stay: every staff member was very kind and professional, food was delicious everywhere (our favorite was Cuphea restaurant), the hotel territory is big and beautiful + you can also use the sister hotel’s facilities. Special thank you to the bartenders at Balcon bar who always made us incredible cocktails (both from the menu and improvised) - Ezgi and her colleague who created the menu (sorry, I didn’t catch his name, unfortunately). Everything from checkin to checkout. Service, facilities and landscapes were awesome! It truly exceeded our expectations and we literally felt like in a fairytale all the time.
