Everything was great, the room was spacious and very clean. We especially loved the whatsapp assistance (Tuğba and Melike were extremely helpful). They responded within minutes whenever I needed anything and even got me reservations when the hotel app told me there was no space left in the a la carte restaurants. The buffet was amazing and changed every day. I can also highly recommend having dinner at Sandal. Can't wait to come back again :)

I nearly always stay in Akra when I’m in Antalya. I love the setting, the atmosphere and the styling (though I believe it’s going to have another uplift soon). I’m always treated kindly and staff try to go the extra mile. Keep up the great work! 😄

The design is exceptional and very nice! The size of the room was really impressive. Very clean. Food was tasty (although we managed to get food poisoned). Nicely designed pools and comfortable sun beds. (Just be aware that people are the same everywhere no matter how much money they pay and even if it is not allowed to reserve sun beds, people still do that and don't show for the rest of the day unfortunately). Amazing kids club. Really there is nothing to complain about. But.... We felt that it lacked a bit of a cosy feeling and we did prefer a less luxurious but more homely hotel we did stay in previously. It really depends on your preferences.

This is my really home. I felt myself delicious and friendly. Next time will visit only this hotel. I was Turkey first time and say to Vera on reception to be so kindly as now and much wishes for her family and every one in Alaniya. It is not really magic place where your dreams becomes reality. I am happy.

The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a great option to choose the type of pillows we wanted. Our first room had some noise from the neighboring hotel's kitchen, but the staff were quick to move us to a quieter room, which was much appreciated. The breakfast and buffet options were phenomenal, with a wide variety to suit all tastes. The location is excellent—just a few minutes' walk from the center of Kemer. The staff were friendly, and the nighttime entertainment was great. The hotel felt very safe and organized. Excellent Gym!! Highly recommended!

Clean hotel, large and modern room, huge park with an impresissive variety of flowers and trees, frendly staff( specian thanks to Aisha, from beach bar, alwaiys smiling and Faruk, waiter on restaurant terrace, very efficient). This four star hotel is like a smaller version of a five star hotel. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. Everything is clean and tidy. The selection of food is sufficient and there are new options every day. There is about 4 km long promenade by the sea near the hotel that leads to the old town of Side. The promenade is a good place to walk or run. The hotel's beach is well maintained, the sunbeds are clean and drinks, ice cream and fruit are offered. Many thanks to the front desk manager for room with pool access.
