The hotel fully met our expectations: comfortable rooms, perfect cleanliness, and a cozy atmosphere. We would like to especially thank Muhammad — such a kind and responsive person who always handled any requests promptly and with great care. We came for medical treatment, and the hotel kindly provided us with a wheelchair for the entire duration of our stay, as well as regular ice and everything else we needed for our comfort. The breakfasts and food at the hotel were delicious and varied, making every morning a real pleasure. We are truly grateful to the entire hotel team for their attentiveness and outstanding service. It was the first time I experienced such a caring and thoughtful staff! We will definitely come back to your hotel again!

The location is superb; just a few steps from the beating heart of Istanbul. The rooms were excellent, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. But most of all, the people were exceptional. They discovered it was my birthday so they upgraded us to a larger room, and surprised us with a cake & candles in the lobby of the hotel. Everyone was always available, willing to answer any questions, or help out with anything a guest may need. I strongly recommend this place to anyone visiting Istanbul - We are certainly coming back again !!!
