Our stay at this hotel was a wonderful experience from start to finish. It began with the warm hospitality of the receptionists, followed by a spotless room with an exceptionally comfortable bed and a spacious bedroom and bathroom. We even had the spa entirely to ourselves, as we visited at the beginning of the season. The breakfast was top-notch, and the whole stay truly felt like a 5-star experience. If you’re staying in Bursa, don’t hesitate—take the 20-minute ride out to the Swissôtel. It’s absolutely worth it.

Spa was amazing and perfectly clean. Breakfast was wonderful, I still remember the taste of the omlette. Massage was good. İt was a perfect relaxing weekend. There is a big park next to hotel, it was also nice to walk in the evening. There is a seperate spa lift that is allowing you to enter spa area independent from other lifts so we were able to walk with dressing gown inside the hotel.
