I got an upgraded room immediately without even asking! First of all - you constantly feel that you are a very special and dear guest. Guys from reception know your name and in which room you live, waiters remember in a couple of days what you like, animation team celebrates with you all your victories and chit-chats each time you see each other... We've spent 7 nights and there was no single time when I put aside a dish cause it wasn't good enough - everything we've tried was between "tasty" and "wow delicious!". Akdeniz serves more restaurant-style (steaks, shrimps, sashimi and so on) dishes and the vibe is really great. Don't expect Micheline stars and lobsters but all in all - really good. The same goes for cocktails. The variety and quality of included drinks are mind-blowing (Hennesy, Olmeca etc.) House-keeping ladies are doing an amazing job, all the necessities are replenished, mini-bar is regularly re-stocked, and clothes are nicely folded... We had a very pleasant touch on the last day - a bottle of good Italian Prosecco and sweets. That was absolutely unexpected and so sweet! Great evening entertainment (just the right amount and quality of the performances)! Nice SPA-facilities, if you don't like the prices in SPA - wait a bit, they have amazing Sales-managers and you could get a great discount (around 30%) if you negotiate a bit :) Massage quality is higher than usually in the resorts but not top-notch. You can order pillows and yoga equipment in the room! Basically everything was so amazing that I have booked vacations in a year somewhere in the mid of my stay and now considering a shorter visit in a couple of months. If you are concerned about the weather: at the beginning of December there were 3 days when I could swim in the sea and outdoor pool and 4 days when the indoor pool did the job.

Akra Kemer - Ultra All Inclusive has a fitness centre, a garden and a sun terrace with swimming pool and buffet breakfast in Kemer. The accommodation offers a private beach area, as well as a bar and a tennis court. The hotel features an indoor pool, sauna, evening entertainment and a kids' club. We stayed for the New Years holidays and had a lovely time. I found the food to be of very good quality and the staff did an excellent job. My daughter had a wonderful time in the mini club and with the entertainment team. In fact it was so good that we will be going back. :) Special thanks to John, Zelda, Julia, Harry and the guys serving drinks on the rollerblades!

You can play table tennis, darts and tennis at Akra Sorgun Tui Blue Sensatori - Ultra All Inclusive, and bike hire and car hire are available. This was the best all-inclusive holiday, we attended a wedding. The staff were outstanding. There was not a negative thing to say. The best staff in the world, who went out of their way every day. Was thoroughly spoiled. I have travelled all over the world, and these staff were the best by far. The whole party was sad to leave. Thank you so much.

What was amazing: - food, large selection (still have pig meet); - sweets were really good (usually in Turkey beautiful sweets, but don’t delicious); - every time free sun-beds near the pool; - staff, working quickly and they all know English (only with 1 waiter we had accident, a manager of hotel fixed problem and help, after that accident I didn’t see this waiter); - hotel likes cats (I founded one cat, whom I carried food all the time); - cocktails good (if compare with standart 5 stars hotel in Turkey). There are no young people, only pre-retirement and retirement age. NO NOISE FROM CHILDREN, every time quite ! It is incredibly nice.
