The fruit, veggies, meat, and variety were simply outstanding. The service was amazing. Everyone, to a person, just wanted to help, whether they could or not. The grounds themselves, were stunning. The pools were immaculately clean, along with the rooms; the grass area is large and welcoming and they have all sorts of sports equipment to "rent" and enjoy. They have an aquatic slide area, that could rival a small aquatic park. 100% stay here. Just do it.

It was really clean, beautiful, breakfast was good but above all staff were amazing! I left a jacket in the room and they posted it to the next hotel I will be in before I head to Italy!! For a family with an 8 month old infant, the room was well equipped and a cot was provided. The windows closed well, reducing outside noise. The washing machine and kitchenette were life saviours. Staff were welcoming and very helpful. Family friendly. Housekeeping team were efficient, cleaning the room whenever we left. Breakfast was excellent and well presented. Facilities were quite good, with a well equipped gym. For Alanya, location is excellent, a couple of minutes' walk away from a nice sandy beach. Generally peaceful and quiet.

Akra Kemer - Ultra All Inclusive has a fitness centre, a garden and a sun terrace with swimming pool and buffet breakfast in Kemer. The accommodation offers a private beach area, as well as a bar and a tennis court. The hotel features an indoor pool, sauna, evening entertainment and a kids' club. We stayed for the New Years holidays and had a lovely time. I found the food to be of very good quality and the staff did an excellent job. My daughter had a wonderful time in the mini club and with the entertainment team. In fact it was so good that we will be going back. :) Special thanks to John, Zelda, Julia, Harry and the guys serving drinks on the rollerblades!

At the accommodation guests are welcome to take advantage of a hot tub and a Turkish bath. You can play table tennis, darts and tennis at Akra Sorgun Tui Blue Sensatori - Ultra All Inclusive, and bike hire and car hire are available. This was the best all-inclusive holiday, we attended a wedding. The staff were outstanding. There was not a negative thing to say. The best staff in the world, who went out of their way every day. Was thoroughly spoiled. I have travelled all over the world, and these staff were the best by far. The whole party was sad to leave. Thank you so much.
