Every dish I had here was delicious, I ended up having lots of meals at the hotel because the quality was superb and fair prices for everything considering it’s a hotel. However what made the stay exceptional is the customer service experience that compares to no other place I’ve stayed (and I’ve stayed in many 5 star hotels all over Thailand!). Tak at reception and Meaw at the restaurant were fabulous! Thank you so much for making my stay so memorable

I loved the staff, the breakfast, the space, the anonymity- resort is big but very well organized and guests are spread out in villas to guarantee privacy.

Towels and bed linen are provided in the villa. The property has an outdoor dining area. The Villa ist located in a quiet location. Pool ist great for kids. Kitchen was also good for guest including salt and oil and so on. But at check out we paid 700 bath extra for 3 days electric which I did not read before booking. Wasching machine can be also used. In total was nice, bed is comfortable and baby cot also lovely

The bathroom was especially impressive with a separate tub and rain shower. The beach was lovely and not crowded at all. There is a restaurant but we didn’t eat there. The staff were so kind, helpful, and accommodating. Panpan even came in an hour before her shift to see us off. Thomas and Alice were so friendly as was everyone. I will miss them all including the resident cat named Khāw.

We spent 6 days at Nirvana and loved every minute. The room was great, clean and spacious with a lovely view. The pool area is simply stunning and right next to the beach which we loved. The view is amazing from both the pool and the breakfast area and we were lucky to enjoy a few drinks watching the sunset. It was easy to go between pool and beach and a big plus was the super friendly and personal staff. Mr Kong and his team made sure our whole family had a lovely stay and made us feel at home. He also arranged gluten free options at the breakfast buffet which was highly appreciated. Breakfast buffet has everything you could wish for and the view of the pool and beach from the restaurant is just magical. We also had lunch and dinner a few times at the restaurant and loved the food, the staff and the possibility to sit next to the beach. The location of the hotel is great and you could easily walk 10 min to other restaurants, bars and stores. We really hope to come back one day and would highly recommend staying at Nirvana.
