The desk manager, Natandra is big part of the e'sprit de corp experience. Definitely one for the books. One would be hard-pressed to find a property that is so well branded to every detail. From the moment we arrived it was nearly impossible to open a door for ourselves. We stayed 4 nights and wish we would have stayed longer. We never once arrived, regardless of time, where we weren't greeted in the most gracious manner. The room was over-the-top and the turn-down service rivaled all other five star experiences we have ever had. Not use to having 8 to 10 truffles, including two each on our pillows every night, plus fresh fruit plater. Mind, we are professionals and very much in the know. This is without question in the top 5 of the the list "Amazing Places we Love to Review". Comfort was exceptional, service was beyond exceptional. The entire property is awesome. The pool water temperature was perfect, the softness and condition of the water was noticeably the best we ever experienced. Fresh clean towels were waiting for us whenever we departed the stairs of the pool. Room service menu didn't appear to be impressionable at first, but the presentation and flavors would rival many high end restaurant experiences. Room Service... mind you! Even the poolside food was mind-blowing... best Australian Beef Burger EVER. The appointments of the room were attentive to every detail, we loved the carousel entertainment center, the bathroom with the circular jacuzzi tub was most enjoyable, very sensual for couples. And the fragrances of the towels and linens. OMG! The consistency of excellence carried through in every detail.. But beyond the aesthetics, the actual comfort and class was the human experience. Ms. Natandra is so worth her weight in gold. The Best, the best, the best.
