The staff were very attentive & helpful. We had a wonderful time on the last day of 2024, celebrating the ushering of 2025 with many guests & hotel staff. The songs, dances, music etc put up by the staff were simply authentic and made the night memorable.

We loved the host. Super friendly and helpful. She arranged laundry and vehicle rentals for us. The pool is also a lovely plus with a beautiful skyline view of Chiang Mai old town. There’s lots of restaurants in walking distance and the big Sunday night market is just 2 blocks away.

The quality and variety of the breakfast was excellent. And the room was clean and spacious and the location in the old part of town was perfect. However the standout for us was the staff, anything we asked about they went beyond. When we asked about bus travel to Chiang Rai, not only did they guide us to the appropriate website, when our bank card didn't work they used their own and we only had to reimburse them. Their kindness saved us so much time and trouble.
