The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the security guard who arranged all the transportation and trips. They also organized the airport transfer, which made our arrival and departure much easier. The surroundings are beautiful, and the pool provides a nice space to relax. Everything was perfect, I definitely recommend it!

The room was very comfortable and clean providing a perfect retreat after exploring the city. The staff was really helpful, always ready to assist with a smile, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location is absolutely perfect for exploring Chiang Mai's Old City, everything is within easy walking distance. A huge bonus was the on site spa. It's incredibly well equipped with two ice baths, one magnesium hot bath, one steam room, one Finnish sauna, and one infrared sauna. It was the ideal way to relax and rejuvenate after a day of sightseeing. We will definitely coming back !
