We got the upgrade for a one bedroom apartment which was absolutely amazing. It had a kitchenette with all appliances, a spacious living room and bedroom. We asked for decrease ac temperature and they sent an engineer right away to fix that for us.

Conveniently located in a luxurious area of Bangkok, Grande Centre Point Sukhumvit 55 features an outdoor pool and a terrace where guests can relax after their long tiring day. Delicious foods are served daily at the restaurant on site. We only stayed one night but everything about the hotel was excellent We were given a free upgrade from a signature room and it was amazing The breakfast choices were outstanding We didn’t get time to use the pool but had a Quick Look and it is a lovely area. The staff are very efficient

We stayed for 3 nights at Hyatt. It was a memorable (give us a surprise with a cake to celebrate our wedding anniversary) and extremely wonderful stay with good location near to shopping mall, Centralworld, Siam paragon and big C. What’s more the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We will go back to Hyatt for our next trip to Bangkok. (21nov-24nov’2024)
