Very good location, the lake is only a few minutes walk. The lake and its environment is beautiful, with lots of places to swim or children to play, and also trees to block direct sunshine. Liptovsky Mikulas is 5 minutes by car. The apartment was clean and cosy. The kitchen is well equipped to cook simple foods like pasta or eggs. Lots of people speak good english in the nearby restaurants, sightseeing locations.

It provided rooms with terrace, SPA area, breakfast, and an artsy interior. Supermarket in short walking distance. For all these features the hotel would deserve highest ratings. However, I was upgraded to the fully equipped apartment with huge private terrace offering mountain views. This choice put the venue on a level comparable to international venerable hotels.

We loved everything! Breakfast & dinner were amazing and a lot to choose from (there were vegetarian options, vegan options mainly veggies/fruits) and we did enjoy them! The room size was just about and nicely done. The whole tree house was clean and well prepared for our stay. We also enjoyed saunas and massages. Staff was also very friendly & helpful - at the reception desk, the bar, as well as the kitchen. The bar/restaurant section is very nicely done. The property is kid-friendly with kid's playground outside as well as a large kid's room inside the main hotel building. Definitely recommend this accommodation. It is surrounded by nice, tall trees, so you do not see the other awful hotels and construction sites (yes, Jasna has recently been a constant construction site).

The hotel is in a great location. Nearby is the entrance to the Blue Trail, which offers beautiful views. Everything in the hotel is homely and made with love. Extreme attention to details. It was one of the best family vacations. Parking is free. Breakfast was delicious. The children did not want to leave.

Located in the centre of Martin, Hotel Turiec overlooks the Velka Fatra Mountains. It has a spa with a sauna, provides free on-site parking, and offers spacious rooms with led TV. I stayed in a business suite. It was clean, spacy, and modern. Moreover, despite the loud event at the ground floor during that night, they accommodated me at the top floor where I could barely hear the fragments of music, and thanks to good sound insulation I also couldn't hear other guests. Therefore, I had a really good sleep there (I could still hear some noise from the street, but it was reasonable for a city center). The personnel was really friendly, always in a good mood and helpful. Breakfast was very delicious - the selection was relatively standard for 4* hotels, but the food tasted really well. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Martin. It is really uncommon to get such a level of service in the Martin area.
