The location was great, calm environment, close connected with forest. Excellent restaurant and gourment dinners, very good wellness and nice friendly and willing people work there. Rooms were clean and cosy. I am looking forward to return there for my next visit. 10 out of 10!

Very good location - quite, next to the river and small market. Parking place is dedicated for each room, under the roof. Definitely the best place for such a price.

They can also admire a stunning view of the Velicky Valley from the spacious summer terrace. A magical stay surrounded by mountains, forests, a lake and a stream. We enjoyed the view from the window and the spa in every weather. At least 4 different nature trails start from the hotel door and they're all nice. Instead of googling "Tatras best hikes", just start walking in any direction from Velické Pleso and you won't regret it. Generous buffet at breakfast and dinner and delicious food and drinks for lunch. If you read negative reviews about the "tourist restaurant", note that that's the backpackers hut. The hotel restaurant is only available to hotel guests and the lunch options are delicious. We were told you can also ask for packed lunch for the hike, but it wasn't possible because we hadn't ordered it in advance. A free-of-charge spacious private spa by reservation with saunas and a beautiful view. You can send your luggage from their lower parking lot at the Tatranská Polianka railway station by their van and hike to the hotel. You can even leave it in a storage unit for them to pick up, you just need to coordinate in advance.
