Even though it was just before travel season, and we were the only ones staying in the guest house, the owner arranged a very smooth check-in and check-out process so that we could be flexible about our plans. The place itself is charming and close to the centre of Kobarid. The owner suggested a nice place for dinner. The shower in the room was exceptional - a delightful setup after our challenging hikes in the area.

I accidentaly made reservation one week upfront, the reception kindly and fast made our room ready.Maybe it was luck that they had avaliable room, but it was ready in 20 minutes.Staff in the bar was very kind and explained to us where to go ski and snowboard.I honestly reccomend this hotel!

Exeptional stuff, especially Oana! they give us present when we leave, and we were there for only one day. Very clean hotel with beautiful rooms, with everything you need and more! Great SPA with best outside hot jakuzzi(it was raining when we were inside😊) Biggest sauna I have ever seen. Everything was 5 star, and the best thing is hotel himself. Beautiful arhitecture of an old 1850 building which, back then, was iron factory! Every part of the hotel was art....walls, floors, wood and stone of such a beauty! And very expensive and beautiful sculptures everywhere in hotel, that you can buy if you can😊 Very nice garden for rest in the shades and sun. We will be back for sure!
