Ursca and Irene are incredibly warm and accommodating hosts - they upgraded our room free of charge when circumstances prevented them from being able to offer dinner. The breakfast is delicious, and many, if not most, dishes are made from products from their own farm. The surroundings are beautiful, and there is a lot to explore in the area and in Kobarid. We will absolutely stay there again if we re ever in that part of the world again.

On the garden terrace, guests can have a barbecue or relax in the hot tub. the owner couldn’t have been nicer ! we arrived very late ( beware of travel times suggested if using booking.com as a guide which seem to use the “as the crow flies” times ) but greeted with welcome . The appt we had was spotless , spacious and had everything we needed . only there for 2 nights so didn’t really use the amazing out food kitchen or the hot tub . loved the location . would happily recommend !
