The room was exceptionally clean, cosy, great view. Shang palace was fully booked, I couldnt make a booking, but your customer service officer managed to get us a booking. Really appreciate that. Also easy to select from amenities through the website, and staff are genuinely friendly.

The breakfast was amazing The room was spacious and very luxurious. We had one lady which was very attentive to us at breakfast L. Sandran. Loved her smile and willing ti be at our service.
