Everything about this hotel is excellent. The staff are very friendly, always sharing koi pellets to my kids for their feeding. Our room has a great view of the pool. We jumped straight to the pool every morning after breakfast. The buffet was very good too. I asked my kids their happiest moment in Singapore, and they said it was the stay at Shangri-la. Will definitely come back in the future!

The location is fantastic, the mall below is so useful, the facilities are great, the staff are great. The only thing is it is pricey, but that is usual for Singapore. If you're looking for somewhere to stay with young children, I highly recommend it.

Very quiet building. The only place to stay in Singapore! Loved it! :)
