Great location next to Trinidade metro, linked to the entire city but also walking distance to the centre. Breakfast buffet on the smaller side, but good quality and with interesting options like baked aubergines.

Marta Relvas is the Guest Services Manager, and she went out of her way to accommodate our particular situation and she did it graciously. Her staff is very good as Marta leads by example, not by dictating. Stellar... The hotel is kept clean and organized. If Marta ever wants a job, I would hire her in a second.

I was greeted warmly by the staff and given a tour of the property. The bar and flower room are great places to enjoy a drink and snack. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean each day. Located on a less busy street meant it was quiet at night as well. The breakfast was fantastic: Full English, fresh fruit, pastries, local treats, yogurts, meats and cheeses, even eggs cooked to order. The sauna, pool and loungers very nice after a day of sightseeing. I’m looking forward to staying here again.
