The natural swimming pools are a few steps away. I liked the location. It was next to the natural pools and you get free access once a day. They had a lot of vouchers and free options to do so that was amazing. The room was always super clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. They help you with renting a car and your drive back to the airport. The view was amazing from the room. The breakfast was good. We stayed there a whole week. The island is small enough to stay at one place. You can explore the island by renting a car.

The reception staff were very helpful and welcoming. The room was a decent size, with great views of the sea and mountains. The facilities were very good, with an indoor and an outdoor pool. The view from the cliffs was amazing. Breakfast was excellent, with friendly hotel staff and a good selection of breads, cereals, cooked food, fruit, cheeses and so on.

An easy walk through the town and to the waterfront. The meals were excellent. For breakfast you can have the buffet or order cooked items from a menu, or both. The dinner menu is outstanding with a wide range of options for fish, meat, and vegetarian, and everything we had was delicious. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Our room had a small balcony with a view overlooking the ocean. The bed was comfortable, and the firm pillows we requested were perfect.

The outdoor pool area and bar was a great place to relax. The nightly music was great. The location of the hotel to the waterfront restaurants and ocean swimming areas is outstanding.

All rooms at the hotel feature cable TV, free WiFi and a private bathroom. Good location in Porto Moniz, all rooms have a nice view of the ocean, the cliffs, and a nearby fort. The facilities were very nice, one indoor pool, and one exterior infinity pool with amazing views. The breakfast buffet was exceedingly varied and tasty. Would definitely try to book them again if I ever return to Madeira.

The kitchen and coffee maker were nice to have. The grocery store was close by and Sao Vicente was also easily accessible from this location.
