I was nervous about the small size of the room before we arrived, but one we saw how it was designed and organized, we found it to be perfect for our needs. Property was clean, staff was friendly and welcoming, breakfast was good and at a breathtaking location.

For breakfast, you could choose from 5-6 warm meals (eggs, French toast, asparagus..) and a cold buffet (from cereals, croissants and local cheese to pastel de nata). The portions from the menu were smaller but in combination with the cold buffet, the breakfast was just awesome! We stayed in the with the "garden view ", however we could still see and hear the sea. The view was stunning.

The property has city and quiet street views, and is 4.1 km from Quinta das Palmeiras. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with an outdoor fireplace. Carolina and Ricardo are the most welcoming and generous hosts. We loved them -welcomed into their guest house as clients left as friends. So kind and fun and knowledgeable of the area.The building is modern and super clean with ocean views. Spacious bathroom. Easy walk to town and beach. A fantastic breakfast worthy of a 5 star rating. A Must Stay and we will definitely be returning. I will miss them
