We were for two nights, three adults and two children (6 and 10).Everything is quite small and cramped, as expected and as expressed by the staff, everything is like a puzzle, you have to move one suitcase to get something out, or close one door to unlock the other. Be careful with the doors (if you are in the same two-room boat) they can get "stuck" on each other and you can't leave the room. Despite its small size, it has everything you need. The staff is kind and responsive. The breakfast is pleasant and rich enough. Unfortunately we were unlucky with the weather and didn't get to take advantage of the roof terrace, but at least it was calm and you didn't feel the swaying. There are plenty of different places to eat in the immediate vicinity. There is a large supermarket (pingo doce) about 5 minutes away on foot. The oceanarium is within walking distance. The Orient station is also not far away - about 20 minutes on foot, we walked there with our big suitcases. It was an unforgettable and very pleasant experience for us and for the children. We would definitely come back again.

From the second I arrived at the hotel, until I left, everything was absolutely perfect. The beautiful fragrance of the hotel was the first thing that I noticed. The friendly and helpful staff at the door and reception were extremely welcoming. The room was a good size, with a separate seating area, with a comfortable sofa. There was a dressing table with large mirror. Complementary water, coffee and tea. The bed was really comfortable. There was a turn down service each evening. The room has a balcony running along the whole length. The bathroom offers a bathtub and a separate shower and is spacious and modern. Breakfast is plentiful, offering cereals, bread, meats, cheeses, yoghurts, fruit, cooked breakfast, fresh juices etc. The restaurant is clean and modern and all staff offer a high level of service. The location is ideal. It's situated in a side road off the main avenue, so it's quieter, but still within walking distance to all of the local sights. There's public transport nearby too, if walking isn't your thing. The spa treatments were very relaxing. Again, the staff were amazing. There's an indoor pool in the spa area plus a jacuzzi on the roof terrace.

This villa features a pool with a view, a garden, barbecue facilities, free WiFi and free private parking. Guests can use the hot tub, or enjoy garden views. My family had a great stay at a cozy house with a beautiful garden, sparkling pool, and stunning view. The staff provided excellent service, making our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway.

Ricardo made us feel incredibly welcome, he clearly loves hosting guests and this shows in each of the lovely little touches he added to our stay, it was beyond hotel quality. The house itself is its own special paradise, with a beautiful pool area and well maintained gardens surrounding. The delicious breakfast provided each day even included fruit and vegetables from his organic garden. Our advice would be to cut your time in Lisbon in half and instead stay twice as long at Ricardo’s and see more of Sintra - you won’t regret it. We look forward to coming back here.

Gorgeous property, very well decorated and comfortable facilities. The staff were extremely nice. We will be back soon to enjoy the place with more time.

The yard is amazing, based in a quite and cozy area. The room is cozy and clean. All other praise is to Jorge who greeted us: We met some challenges when we first arrived there that we lost one of our bags. It was so late but Jorge still accompied us and tried every way he could to help us. He can felt us anxiaty and upset, and showed his warm help. I really appreicated Jorge's help and he made me want to visit Portugal again. Thank you Jorge!

At the luxury tent, all units are fitted with bed linen and towels. Great, quiet location which was exactly as described on the website. I even asked for mango for breakfast and they were able to accommodate that! The jacuzzi was a big hit as well. Facilities were clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay again.
