The staff were exceptional, couldn't fault the receptionists, the cleaning and room service staff and the kitchen staff and waitresses! The room was bigger than I had expected, bed was huge and super comfortable! I used the AC to warm the room and it worked wonders. The balcony was great, it gets sun for most of the morning and day and the sunrises were lovely. There was a kitchen in the room with a well stocked and fairly cheap minibar as well as a sofa and table to work from the laptop. The breakfast was great, constantly topping up items before they ran out - option to have it serviced in bed but it's nice to go down and look over the sea or you can take it to your room and sit on the balcony - good options for breakfast. The receptionists and all staff across the hotel were very welcoming, helpful and great to chat to to find out any information! They also saved me a few trips to the supermarket as they had the items available at the front desk! Great location and great service, I booked an extra night!! Everywhere was clean!

The location of the hotel is perfect! Great restaurant in about 3-5 min walk! Wonderful garden and jacuzzi on the property! Pool and saunas are great! We loved our stay!

Great location, directly next to main road and 4min driving from Ponta Delgada city centre and same distance from airport, on the other hand super quiet with soundproof rooms to sleep well. Beautiful and best quality furniture in apartments. Staff and service was wonderful, nothing to add here :) Thanks to cat companion we fell at home. Location at the horse farm is great to be close to nature. Photos faithfully represent reality of Lusitano Garden Villas. From here you have everywhere close, including Sete Citades. Thank you for this stay and hospitality, we would like to come back if visit Azores again.

Staff is enthusiastic, helpful. Shows initiative, speaks multiple languages, is very knowledgeable about town and the island. Room is quiet, very clean, very comfortable. There was some construction next door where the swimming pool was being completed, but it was walled off and inside you didn't hear a thing. Since it opened only 3 weeks ago it's obvious everything looks great, but the theme of books, writers and poets, the wall art, really makes the hotel. The public spaces are cosy with easy chairs with a good selection of English books. While the hotel does not have a bar (yet?) they offered free coffee, cappucino and water.

Everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail, the room was clean - towels and sheets smelled extremely good! The view on the 280 years old ficus was magnificent as well as the garden. Breakfast as well was a 10

Everything was better than our expectations. The apartment was delicious and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need and even more. The pool was so nice and enjoyable as the garden. The air conditioning was a great feature in August. The host is super kind and disposable. Last but not least the breakfast was incredible. We really can’t wait every day to get up and taste the delicious food they serve.

Its was a plesure to stay in Quinta da Paz Apartament 🩵 Claudia was very kind , helpful and frendly. It was all what we need and also fresh eggs to breakfast from local chiken🥚🤍Garden with birds and pool and jacuzzi. Its look like paradise , but feeling like you at home🩵 we have spend amaizing time her and suggest this Nice Apartament and staff for other visirers👍🏻
