Staff is friendly and always willing to help and answer questions. Breakfast was perfect. Rooms spacious and clean. Only small comment is that the hotel room terrace could be cleaned better. Ashtray not cleaned all week and some cobwebs.

A stovetop and toaster are also available, as well as a kettle and a coffee machine. Everything was perfect. It´s an ideal locality for those keen on sightseeing, history, and culture. All the provided services, breakfast, and esthetics of the room and the whole hotel were on a high level. Krakow itself is so beautiful, we need to return here. The only imperfection was that we couldn't stay here longer. Big thanks!

There is a private entrance at the aparthotel for the convenience of those who stay. The accommodation offers a sauna, free WiFi throughout the property and family rooms. We liked everything! The apartment we stayed had all facilities, it was very clean, free parking, very close to city center and old town. Thank you very much! (Maybe the sofa it is a bit to small for an 13 years child, but it wasn't a big problem)

The jacuzzi is located on the roof of the hotel and is available to all guests booking Classic and Deluxe rooms. The Suite has a private jacuzzi. Everything was perfect ,the breakfast, the amazing room, the minibar restocked daily with complimentary drinks, and the rooftop jacuzzi. Most importantly, the incredible front desk staff allowed us a late checkout and were considerate in many ways, like letting us use the parking for a short time at no extra charge.

Lots of vegetable, fruit, vegan cheese, lots of different spreads.
